This order settles where the code goes and which screen must come first.
At the sign-up form
On the sign-up form you type an email address and a password, and the code box sits on that same screen before any money moves.
The moment of typing
The field accepts capitals without spaces, so paste COMETCOSMICONE exactly as written and confirm it before you leave the form.
Small deposit, right method
Cashier screens take £15 or more for the welcome codes, and Skrill payments are excluded, so pick Visa, Trustly or another listed method.
Did the spins arrive?
A balance line and a spins counter appear in your account once the cashier confirms; check both against the code before you open a game.
Halfway through wagering
Wagering counts from the bonus, and 35x on the first code means long play, so watch the remaining amount in your bonus details.
Five refusals, explained
Tried it before, refused twice: read on
Each refusal has a plain cause, and most clear up without a second code.
Web form first, then the app
On the app the code box sits on the registration screen, not in the cashier. Finish signing up in the browser, enter the code there and return to the app.
Cryptoleo Casino code past its window
Codes run for a fixed number of days from the day you receive them, then lapse. Open the cashier and look for a current offer instead of re-entering the old one.
Clear the bonus already running
Only one bonus can sit on an account at a time. Play through or cancel the running offer in the bonus section, then enter the new code.
Cryptoleo Casino skips Skrill
Cryptoleo Casino excludes Skrill from every coded offer, so a Skrill deposit never triggers one. Pay with Visa, Trustly or Paysafecard and the code should pass.
Cryptoleo Casino support can trace it
Some refusals come from a closed offer rather than your entry. Message live chat with the code and the time you typed it, and the team can see what the system did.

When you already have an account
This block matters the first weekend after your welcome package has been used up.
CRYTOPUP30 — 30% up to £160
Weekends bring a 30% top-up up to £160 on a deposit of £20 or more, entered at the cashier and cleared with 10x wagering.
CRYBACK12 — 12% cashback
Each week you can claim 12% back up to £2,000 in the profile, and the cashback carries only 1x wagering on what it pays.
Personal VIP credit
No code is needed for the personal VIP offer: 20% lands in your account with 5x wagering, added by the casino rather than typed.
Four terms
How much can you withdraw from free spins?
CRYTRY40 gives 40 spins on Book of Cats at £0.10 each, and the condition most players miss is the £50 cap on what those winnings can pay out. → Free spins offers

Traps first
When a code credits nothing or too little
Most worries about a code not landing come down to timing, bet size or a cap.
Big win, small payout
Spins winnings can grow past the limit, but the maximum cashout on CRYTRY40 is £50, so anything above that stays in the account.
Check the cashout cap first
Play the allowed slot only
One spin over the line
A single spin above the maximum bet of £8 during wagering breaks the terms, and the bonus plus its winnings can be removed.
Set the stake below £8
Re-read limits per code
The late-code problem
Codes sit on the registration form and the cashier, so entering one after the deposit has gone through leaves no bonus attached to it.
Type the code before paying

Cryptoleo Casino codes: the small print
What happens after the code goes in
Six answers in the plain wording this casino uses when a code has already been entered.
trustWhere do I cancel a bonus once it is on my account?+
Ask support to remove it and it goes from the balance, untouched bonus included. Anything you won with the bonus goes with it, while cash you paid in stays put. Decline it at the start instead and the deposit stays a plain one.
trustDo I need a special setting to enter a code on my phone?+
Typing a promo code works the same on a phone browser and inside the app: open the cashier and use the field there. Only the first welcome step sits in the sign-up form rather than the cashier. Nothing extra needs switching on before the code will take.
trustWhere does the free bonus with no deposit actually land?+
The no-deposit routes give £15 of bonus cash as ORBITCOIN, or 40 spins at £0.10 on Book of Cats as CRYTRY40. Both ask for identity checks before the winnings can leave. Each runs for three days from the moment it lands.
trustWhere is Cryptoleo Casino licensed for UK players?+
Licence 23123-9243-R-264817 comes from the UK Gambling Commission, and the operator is Cryptoleo Casino Ltd, Company No. 94217740. Every code on this page sits under that licence. Disputes go to the Commission if support cannot settle them.
trustWhere do I stand if I want two codes running together?+
The welcome steps run in order, so step two only opens once step one is wagered or dropped. A reload code and a cashback code can sit alongside each other without conflict. Two welcome codes at once will be refused at the cashier.
trustDo I need to prove anything before cashing out code winnings?+
Do finish the wagering first, because a bonus balance cannot be withdrawn. Once the requirement is met, request the payout and expect documents for identity, address and payment method. Verification takes about 22 hours before the money moves.
Playing a bonus without losing the plot
A code never obliges you to keep playing, and a bonus can be cancelled at any point. Deposit and loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are all in your account settings, while GamCare, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP offer free outside help.
deposit limits. Caps what you can put in over a day or a week, so a losing run stays inside a figure you chose.
time-out periods. Closes your account for a stretch you pick, keeping the door shut until the days run out.
self-exclusion. Blocks your play across every operator that uses the scheme, for a minimum stretch of months.
